Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

Because Relics Forge is a digital service with immediate access, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

Technical issues

If you experience a verified technical issue that substantially prevents use of the service, contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a remedy such as troubleshooting support or an account credit/extension where appropriate.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in access being suspended while the issue is investigated.
